FAQ

We have fashioned our manufacturing process to bring you the finest quality items. However, all our merchandise can be shipped with slight variations or imperfections due to the nature of organic materials but are not deemed as defects. We reserve the right to change details or photos regarding our products without prior notice. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.

RETURN & REFUND
We offer a 30-day return period as long as the item(s) remain in their original and unused condition. Please email us with your order number and we will reply to you with return instructions. We will only issue refunds upon receiving the returned goods (excluding shipping fees).

 

A restocking fee of up to 50%  will be charged for items(s) returned not in original condition: damaged, scratched, missing accessories, missing original box and/or packaging.

EXCHANGE
We, unfortunately, are unable to provide exchanges following a purchase.

REPAIR
Please contact us for any repair needs. Adjustments to your item may take between 4-6 weeks for the repair after the product has been received by Satchel Satchel.

RETURN POSTAGE
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

TIME OF REFUND
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks after the time of shipping for us to receive and process your case. Once your item(s) are returned a quality check will be performed. Only qualifying returns will receive a refund or store credit.
  • Refunds may take 10 to 14 business days to be reflected on your account. We will email you once your return has been processed.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship USPS International for international orders. Smaller items will ship USPS First Class International. With USPS First Class packages, tracking will only be available prior to leaving the US border. 

*Please note that all transactions are secure and encrypted. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for paying such import taxes, customs duties, and fees once a shipment reaches the recipient's country; SatchelSatchel has no control over these charges, nor can predict what they may be.
