However, all our merchandise can be shipped with slight variations or imperfections due to the nature of organic materials but are not deemed as defects. We reserve the right to change details or photos regarding our products without prior notice. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.
RETURN & REFUND
We offer a 30 day return period as long as the item(s) remain in their original and unused condition. Please email us
with your order number and we will reply to you with return instructions. We will only issue refunds upon receiving the returned goods (excluding shipping fees).
We unfortunately are unable to provide exchanges following a purchase.
Please contact us for any repair needs. Adjustments to your item may take between 4-6 weeks for the repair after the product has been received by Satchel Satchel.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
TIME OF REFUND
Please allow 2-3 weeks after the time of shipping for us to receive and process your case. Once your item(s) are returned a quality check will be performed. Only qualifying returns will receive a refund or store credit.
Refunds may take 10 to 14 business days to be reflected on your account. We will email you once your return has been processed.
We ship DHL Express International for international orders. Smaller items will ship USPS First Class International. With USPS First Class packages, tracking will only be available prior to leaving the US border.
Please be aware that you'll be responsible for all taxes, customs fees, or import duties from your country.
